"The wines of Casa Nuestra are truly special: We have a rare and eclectic offering, with perhaps as many as fifteen different varietals planted on the eighteen acre estate dating back to the early 1960's. Our soil and climate offer a unique and unmatched style to each of the wines we produce, all of which are highly acclaimed."

2007 Late Harvest French Colombard,
splits (375ml) only.
|
($20 bottle /$240 case, splits only )
|
|
The French Colombard grapes are from a very small block of 65 year-old vines topping our dry-farmed, hillside vineyard in Oakville. These vines are typically, as they were this year, Botrytized by the time we harvest in late November. The Botrytis (aka Noble Rot) concentrates the fruit flavors without a drastically raised sugar level. This wine offers unique apricot flavors and with 9% residual sugar, a refreshingly clean finish. It is beautifully paired with cheeses, dried fruits and nuts before or after dinner. 70 cases produced, 375 ml bottles only.

2007 Reserve Dry Chenin Blanc,
splits (375ml) only.
|
($16 bottle /$192 case, spits only )
|
We held back enough juice to fill only one, new Burgundian oak barrel then ferment and age in that very barrel separate from our annual dry Chenin Blanc production. Our estate vines are near fifty years old and are located right here on the valley floor in St. Helena. This is a very rich version of our most cellar-worthy white wine. Look for classic green apple and melon flavors on the palate along with hints of anise and a full, silky mouth-feel. 50 cases, 375 ml bottles only.

Pair this Chenin Blanc with a variety of foods such as saucy seafood dishes, green salads and grilled meats. The cellar potential for this white wine is more than 20 years! 328 cases were produced.

2006 Tinto, St. Helena Estate
|
($30 btl / $360 case)
|
Just as they did in the old-world, we planted nine varieties on this
two-acre vineyard in front of the winery in 1992. We harvest, ferment,
age and bottle all the grapes as though they were one varietal. This vintage offers ripe cherries and sweet tobacco on the palate with a
finish of tropical spice. It has great structure & cellar potential.
Stephanie loves it with pizza. 330 cases produced. |

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon,
St. Helena Estate, Napa Valley
|
($55 bottle/ $660 case) |

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was grown on the western-facing hillside of our St. Helena Estate. This small block yielded enough juice to fill five small French Oak barrels, where we aged it for two years. The result is beautiful: A bright and silky wine with complex flavors of plum, black cherry with a sweet, smoky tobacco with some well masked tannins. We made 136 cases. |

2006 Meritage, Napa Valley, St. Helena Estate
|
($45 btl/$540 case)
|
Our Meritage blend is similar to the wines of St. Emillion, in France’s Bordeaux region. All the grapes we used were grown organically on our estate, vintified
individually and aged in French oak barrels. The final blend is: Merlot (69%), Cabernet Franc (9%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (22%), resulting in a full-bodied, well structured wine with flavors of blackberries and cassis. This wine can be cellared for four to 12 years. 249 cases were produced.
