Symphony

Truly a California native, Symphony is a grape variety, which was created by a UC Davis researcher in 1948, by crossing Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria. The wine is bursting with an exotic floral bouquet and offers a clean mouth-feel with a lush fruity finish. It is wonderful on its own and pairs great with spicy Asian foods.
